About the role
The Holiday Parks team, serving the vibrant Coffs Coast tourism market, is seeking a motivated Groundsperson to help deliver an exceptional visitor experience across multiple parks. This vital role ensures our facilities remain safe, welcoming and professionally presented for the community and our guests. Responsibilities include maintaining landscaped areas, supporting minor repairs, operating equipment, cleaning amenities and cabins, managing waste, and communicating clearly with staff, contractors and visitors. As a Groundsperson, you will help uphold the high standard of accommodation and presentation our parks are known for.
The successful candidate will be open to working across a 7-day roster, including some weekends and public holidays, at all four of our Holiday Park locations - Park Beach, Sawtell Beach, Woolgoolga Beach and Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park.

What We're Looking For
- Candidates with experience with upkeep of gardens and lawns.
- Experience in minor repairs and safely operating maintenance equipment and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated customer service and organisation skills.
- Skills to manage and prioritise tasks.
What's on offer?
- Competitive salary in the range of $57,342.20 - $58,315.96 - plus Super - depending on your capabilities and experience.
